prides itself in helping club members achieve their personal goals, on road, mountain and track bikes. Whether you would like to ride a faster century,or win a state, national, or world championship,
Strada coaches Michael and Lisa Kolin can guide you.
The club focus is placed on safe riding practices, technique improvement, bike setup, skill development, fitness attainment,
nutrition education, race preparation and personal growth.
Individualized coaching on supervised, structured rides, four days a week maximizes rider development. All rides are designed to provide an enjoyable social setting and a quality training experience. Our more experienced riders provide an atmosphere of growth and support for all club riders.
